Steph is stepping in to help Dr Ed administer his service.
Those of you who regularly use our services will know that Ed has been managing all the bookings and arranging consultations. This has often meant that you would go to answer phone when he was busy in the surgery – step in Steph.
Steph will be your first line of contact for appointments starting from next Monday (22/05/17). Available between 9-6, Monday-Friday, she will be your welcoming and cheery voice at the end of the phone. She will be able to ring you back much quicker than Ed!
Dr Ed will still deal with any medical enquiries you may have; we are just upping the game to make sure our valued customers get quicker attention.
