Dr Ed wins Award for customer service

Local business, Somerset Cosmetic Clinic has received an award in recognition of excellence in the field of customer communication.

The clinic, which specialises in Aesthetic Medicine was given the 2015 Customer Service Award from WhatClinic.com

WhatClinic.com helps patients find, compare and book the right clinics for them, in more than 100 countries and provide detailed listings for over 100,000 clinics on their site. These include doctors, dentists, beauty and cosmetic surgery, physiotherapy, fertility, holistics and a lot more.

Dr Ed Porter, who runs the Taunton based clinic, received the Award because of the high number of recommendations and reviews the website received regarding the clinic.

On accepting the Award Dr Porter said, “I am delighted that our patients think so highly of us. We pride ourselves on the thoroughness of our consultations and our follow ups. Many of our patients return year after year and trust and communication plays a big part”.
