From the end of this month, you will notice a little change when you ring in to book an appointment.
All our calls are now being taken centrally by Wendy, who is also the receptionist at Confident Orthodontics. As many of you know we are based above Confident and the closer collaboration means that we hope to have more flexibility and an on-site reception.
All phone numbers remain the same and you will still be able to message and text in as per usual. Follow-up reminders will continue for those that book.
As ever we are always delighted to hear your feedback and hope this slight change will mean that we have 9 – 5 coverage Monday to Friday and we can accommodate your calls at all times during office hours.
